Mô tả công việc

The IT Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of assigned projects which timely and specified deliverables.
Key Accountabilities

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, within budget and at the required level of quality
Develop project objectives & scopes, involve in all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility and projects are on the right track
Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution
• Coordinate and set up relationship with internal resources/third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure resource (time, money, equipment, etc) availability and allocation
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques...
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure projects are followed company's standard, policies
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Report and escalate to management as needed.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. Education Background:

Bachelor of IT or other degree in a related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

2. Minimum Experience

Proven working experience as a project management in IT sector;
Have experience on managing projects using Waterfall or Agile methodology. PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus;
Able to evaluate options and make project proposals;
Able to do business analysis and proactive on proposal for improvement.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office..

3. Other requirements

Good attitude and open-minded is a must.
Able to work under pressure with multi-tasking, multi-project handling skills;
Being able to use English at work, fluent English speaking is highly valued;
Relationship management, negotiation, leadership, teamwork.
Strong technical IT background and able to communicate technical terms to non-technical audience;
Demonstrate conceptual thinking, initiative, pro-activity, persistence and innovation;
Strong application management/analysis background, especially experience in financial service applications;
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail.
