1. RECRUITMENT: Assist in the recruiting process including screening, interviewing, documentation, offering process
2. TRAINING: Managing and monitoring the entire orientation and training program for new employees
3. C&B: Responsible for C&B tasks (monthly Payroll, PIT, SHUI, resignation/termination, etc) to ensure C&B accurate calculation in accordance with labor law and company policy.
4. Maintaining current employee database and records
5. Monitor Labor Contract.
6. Assist in setting up the HR and Admin policies, strategy, procedures, programs:
• Responsible for all administrative tasks
• Manage general aspects of office administration to ensure smooth functioning office
• Manage stationery, arrange transportation, etc
• Support in organizing events like summer trip or annual party
• Receptionist: welcome guest, receive and transfer incoming calls/mails
• Manage the maid’s schedule & tasks
• Apply for visa and work permit for locals and expats
• Book air ticket and accommodation
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Female
2. University graduated, majored in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business-related fields or Foreign Language
3. Experience: at least 3 years working experience in HR & Admin field
4. Good understanding of Vietnamese Labor Code and latest government circulars
5. Good & proficient in Ms Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
6. Language: good at English
7. Skills, Abilities and Personality:
• Able to recognize and evaluate potential people
• Good organizational skills, resourceful and with ability to multi-tasks
• Good analytic and problem-solving skills
• Able to work at team-based and individual-based
• Systematic, methodical, detailed, thorough, transparent

• Warm, friendly, confident
8. Willing to stay late and overtime
9. Preferably for those stay in Soc Son, Dong Anh.
