Tuyển Global Sales Manager (Director, China)

- Drive business expansion through new and existing relationships with customers.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals as set by management
- Prospect new opportunities in specific market of China that align with the brand vision and direction
- Promote and supervise marketing coop activities (launch events, product knowledge sessions, ongoing appearances)
- Propose and execute on opportunities for collaborations or exclusive products for key customers.
- Ensure budgets/ targets agreed by clients are met or exceeded
- Partner with Operations on quarterly forecasts and inventory planning
- Work closely with management for account profiling, business review, sales forecasts, budget
- Monitor deliveries to customers in the area, making sure all conditions are met to ship (debts are cleared/ pre-payments are done/ guarantees are provided) – working closely with Operations and Finance.
- Internal system training – SAP – for managing the sales orders internally
- Liaise with QA and production for sample preparation for new opportunities
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 5+ years’ experience working with global sales, especially in the market China
- B.S. Degree in business management degree or other relevant major.
- Experience leading and implementing marketing strategies within a global or regional organization, with a focus on increasing customer engagement and sales growth.
- Exceptional skills in understanding business challenges and ability to think analytically and strategically to drive sales performance.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to lead by effectively planning, assigning, and tracking across multiple geographies.
- Broad based knowledge of sales planning and management, as well as strategy development.
- Ability to train and coach sales team.
- Good presentation and computer skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient in English language, additional languages a plus.
