Craft and execute strategies for the whole Marketing Department
Set, meet, and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual Marketing KPIs consistently
Work with the Head of Sales to reach and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Coordinate with Sales to make sure data entry is completely consistently
Partner with People Operations to meet monthly and quarterly hiring targets
Collaborate closely with Product to ensure that Marketing staff are evangelists and understand USPs
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing Department
Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
Build, train, and retain Marketing staff
Run pilot tests and A/B testing effectively
Research customer pain points and needs by conducting regular customer interviews and ethnography
Analyze consumer behavior and constantly refine customer personas based on market segmentation
Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)

Work experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within our industry
Experience running successful marketing campaigns
Ability to work in a startup where strategy can completely change from one day to the next
Being solutions-oriented and a self-starter
Proficiency with web analytics, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
Experience with CRM software and other marketing software
Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
Ability to analyze data and reports to synthesize strategies and recommendations
BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant field is preferred but not required
Strong people management, leadership, and ownership skills
Excellent time management, presentation and communication skills
Good problem solving skills
Excellent English and Vietnamese
