Tuyển Financial Analyst (HCM)
Mô tả công việc
- Determines cost of operations by establishing standard costs; collecting operational data.
- Provide support with financial and management information and reporting. Monthly review P&L, balance sheet and cash forecasts, prepares analysis in order to identify key issues, trends, and explain.
- Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts using multiple scenarios; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.
- Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making risk/return, cost/benefit analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials.
- Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
- Pro-actively Investigate and identifying the issue suggest solution to improve internal control process.
- Maintains and reconciles database by entering, verifying, correcting and backing up data.
- Increases productivity by developing automated accounting applications; coordinating information requirements.
- Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Collaborate with department heads to strategize ways to minimize waste
- Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures.
- Analyzes inventories
- Cost control, tracks, analyzes and controls the costs associated with a project, budget
- Any other responsibilities and ad-hoc reports by manager
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics Accounting, Business,…
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years working experience in Finance, knowledge of the Retail market is preferable.
- Modern ERP System knowledge, eg SAP
- Exhibits ability to use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Good command in English
- Very strong analytical skills
- Demonstrate the ability to think both analytically and creatively.
- Possesses strong problem-solving skills.
- Communicates clearly and effectively.
- Manages time efficiently.
