Job Description:

Research on legal and tax issues/investment regulations, scenarios and alternatives for our potential international clients wishing to invest in Vietnam;
Provides direct legal advice to foreign investors in establishing and operating foreign businesses in Vietnam;
Implement legal and tax registrations/establishments/investment procedures and other legal, tax, HR and IP matters as required for our clients;
Meet independently and/or with a company team with existing and potential clients and advise over legal and tax issues affecting their investment plans for Vietnam;
Liaise and strengthen relationships with local contacts and suppliers (Included but not limited to government bureaus at all level, legal, tax and other contacts);
Prepare articles for our investment magazines and possible edition;
Any other engagement or project as advised by the General Director.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Job Requirements:

Year of experience: 2 - 3 years;
Minimum career experience: Experienced (Non-manager);
Minimum education level: Bachelor;
Bachelor of Law;
Have sufficient knowledge and experience (Minimum 1 - 2 years) in consulting the setup and operation of businesses in Vietnam;
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Vietnamese;
Ability to work independently and under pressure;
Team player with excellent communication skills and ability to interface effectively at all levels within and outside the company;
Willingness to travel whenever needed;
Working experience in foreign companies is an asset.
