Job Scope: The primary function of this position is to assist in preparing all documents, including legal briefs, spreadsheets and other office-related letters; organizing and maintaining all legal files kept on-site, including electronic-filing databases.
Key Tasks:
• Review, draft simple contracts of the Company as trained and guided by Legal Executive and L&C Manager.
• Control all in/out legal documents (incl. all kinds of contracts, official letters, chopped docs, etc.)
• Consolidate list of all licenses as required by law (e.g. Food safety, Firefighting, construction permit, license, lease contract, environment regular reports, etc.)
• Search legal documents as required by L&C Manager and Legal Executive;
• Submit application at state authorities in licensing as required including but not limited to Business Licenses, Investment reports, and promotion programs.
• Check with state authorities in legal issues as required by L&C Manager.
• Translate documents;
• Arrange and manage documents and files archived in L&C Dept.;
• Implement the administrative jobs in L&C department;
• Other L&C jobs as required by L&C Manager
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education: Bachelor in Law
Experience:
- A dynamic professional with minimum 1 years of experience in the law related field.
Knowledge / Skills / Personalities:
+ Hands-on, positive energy.
+ Good organization & communication skills.
+ Good in English and Vietnamese in both writing and speaking skills.
+ Computer literacy.
