Job Summary:

  • To implement policies in the functions of human resources to be in line with Country HR’s and serve regional HR strategies and business objectives, To ensure effective HR operations that can support a safe, productive and pleasant work environment in place to attract new recruits, optimize the levels of employee productivity and organization goal achievements.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Recruitment (80%):

  • Providing professional support and advice on recruitment to line managers;
  • Preparing annual recruitment plan for branch office;
  • Advising line managers on best practice recruitment and selection;
  • Preparing job descriptions and person specifications;
  • Writing job advertisements and deciding how and where jobs are advertised;
  • Screening application forms and shortlisting applicants;
  • Arranging interview and follow up employment offer or rejection procedure;
  • Coordinate with Head Office to follow up probation-end list, labor contract renewal and resignation

Training and development (10%):

  • Conduct the on boarding program for new comers in compliance with regional policy;
  • Implement training plan by coordinating with head office and regional for courses organized;
  • Manage evaluation procedures to maximize training effectiveness;
  • Maintain the training record system of branch office;

C&B (5%):

  • Implement welfare and benefits for staff according to the policies and regulations of the company
  • Follow up and inform the Branch Accountant all related/updated information for monthly payroll calculation and SHUI registration

Employee Relations (5%):

  • Facilitate staff activities such as company outing, staff birthday, branch’s parties, etc.
  • Support a harmonious working environment that encourages communication and enhances trust-building between the employees and the management;

Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

Education : Bachelor Degree in HRM/Business Administration/Language or related fields
Experience : More than 3 years of experience in recruitment
Having experience in recruiting B2B Sales Executives for trading company
Age : 27+
Sex : Female
Others :

  • Fluent in English
  • Good MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) skills
  • Good sense of human being
  • Solid candidates sourcing, approaching and persuading skills
  • Good knowledge of various recruitment channels
  • Strong networking with market workforce, especially candidates in chemical/technical field is an advantage
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact with people across different functions and levels
