Tuyển Chuyên Viên Nhân Sự (C&B)
Mô tả công việc
• Be in charge of staff social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance; Process with Bao Viet Health Insurance & claim to employees.
• Be In charge for Annual Health check.
• Prepare monthly leave record/OT record.
• Fill staff and update different databases (Master list of employees).
• Administer HR procedures & provide guidance to employees when necessary.
• Join in the always to improve or optimize HR procedures.
• Prepare and submit documents or reports to Government's authority (Dept of Education & Training, Dept of Labor, Dept of Social Insurance, etc...).
• In charge of company events/Meeting/Team building/Tribute gift.
• Perform when necessary and on GD & Leaders' assignment.
Yêu cầu công việc
• At least 1 year experience in C&B.
• thoughtful, out-going, detailed-oriented and problem solving.
• Quick-learner and have ability to do multiple tasks.
• Able to communicate effectively both English and Vietnamese with different levels.
