- Contribute to Brand development objectives by studying the existing portfolio and assets, gathering information, evaluating synergies and similarities.
- Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning.
- Design and implement brand acquisition strategies alongside the rest of the brand development team.
- Meet the brand acquisition goals and targets.
- Manage, recruit, set objectives, coach a team of executives.
- Monitor progress by tracking activity; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
- 5+ years’ experience in sales/business development is a must. Experience in fashion Retail is a plus.
- Proven track record in designing actionable management reports.
- Exceptional communication skills in both Vietnamese and English; a 3rd language is a plus.
- Digital mindset.
- Strong analytical skills with great attention to details.
- Customer focused.
- Strong project management and organization skills.
- Strong listening skills and judgement to make wise decisions in the interest of Maison RMI.
