Trưởng Phòng Pháp Lý (Legal Manager)

Report to External Affairs Director, Legal Managerprovides advice management on legal implications of internal policies and takes responsibility for company’ business activities consistent with applicable laws.
Main responsibilities:
- Independently review, interpret, evaluate and analyze relevant laws and regulations for UIP and provide recommendations to Management;
- Evaluate and analyze legal risks, provide assessment and possible solution/ recommendation to Management;
- Review/ prepare and support in major contract negotiations regarding to law in line with UIP policies and procedures;
- Register and protect Trademarks/ Intellectual Properties Right for UIP's products in Vietnam;
- Manage files, renew and register company's licenses as necessary for proper use of the company;
- Assist and coordinate projects, acquisitions, strateic alliances, co-marketing and co-promotion agreements in co-operation with Corporate Legal;
- Provide strategic input and co-ordinate international legal working groups handling regional and affiliate projects;
- Provide oversights and strategic direction on all litigation matters, disputes and arbitrations.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Background requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Laws.
- Good knowledge on all legal aspects, experience on pharmaceutical industry will be preferred.
- Word, Excel, Power Point proffiency.
- Effective management, communication and presentation skill.
- Excellence command of English.
- Able to work independently or as a team in high pressure environment.
- Others: Willingness to travel and work flexible hours; Extroverted, result & customer oriented spirit; Strong inter-personal skill, self-motivated and team-work attitude
