  • Developing annual and monthly Sales plans that maximizes revenue of the company by setting detail target and action plan to reach the target.
  • Proactively identify business opportunities for Food & Beverage business start-up projects and developing new customers
  • Analyze customer information and business trends.
  • Introduce new product and develop the market to potential clients then conduct market survey.
  • Understand the competitive marketplace and implement approaches to ensure the restaurant stays competitive in the local market
  • Establish and develop sales forecast, sales plans and programs
  • Plan and implement effective sales strategies for promoting company's F&B products
  • Work closely with the Customer Service team to improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Comply with HR dept. to build up a competitive incentives system for sales team.
  • Provides business coaching and career development guidance to direct reports and team.
  • Other assigned jobs by CEO
Yêu cầu công việc
  • University Degree in Sales, Marketing or related discipline
  • Fluent written and spoken in English is a plus
  • Good analytical mind and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong leadership skills that motivate the Food and Beverage team to perform beyond expectation
  • Desire to coach selling techniques to their team
  • Strong customer development and negotiation skills
  • Good business sense with strong passion in F&B industry, Healthy food
  • Solid B2C sales experience in service, insurance or restaurants industries.
  • A minimum of 2 years' key account management experience,
  • Proficient in computer application
  • Immediate available is a plus
