Trưởng Phòng Kinh Doanh (Sales Manager)
Mô tả công việc
- Training and developing strong Center Managers who are capable of building efficient team with adequate skills to consistently hit the assigned team target
- Closely monitoring each center’s performance through pro-active and systematic reporting and effective KPI’s to ensure timely intervention to drive the results of enrolment
- Involving other departments at the earliest possible time to reduce any risks to admissions outcomes
- Continuously improving sales process to enhance efficiency, to facilitate the enrolment experience for students, and to allow for future business growth while maintaining adherence to the company policies
- Support the HR team with the recruitment of appropriate profile for admissions team
- Work closely with Academic team to ensure the quality service to customers and to avoid cases of over-promise and under-deliver
- Feeding back knowledge on the students and their needs to facilitate the potential business growth and to enhance the customer base
- And other tasks that may be assigned by the General Director/Chairman from time to time.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University Degree, Major in Business Administrator/Marketing/Trading or related major
- At least 5 years working experience, at least 3 years at management level, experience in education is an advantage.
- Enthusiastic and have business skills, work under high pressure
- Good communication English
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, strong in communication, good presentation & handling situation
- Discipline, ability to work independently and as a team.
- The ability to bring people all together as a whole.
- Enthusiastic and responsible
- Active, creative in the work
- Be good at planning, organizing and supervising the work
- Be good at negotiation, communication and persuasion skills
