Mô tả công việc
• Assist in review, validation, and provide analysis on company financial data.
• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and processing business plan for the Company.
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, and make recommendation for improvement.
• Work closely with accounting to assist in preparation or analysis of significant accounting transactions and support decision making.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Create budgets and forecasts as needed to measure financial performance and benchmarks.
• Responsible for management report and financial statements.
• Evaluate and maintain the Company’s Capital Expenditure plan.
• Responsible for maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge on financial instruments, market conditions and trends.
• Reconcile existing transactions through cross-referencing of incoming and outgoing data.
• Perform other duties and projects as required by management.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Management, Economics.
• CPA preferable.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the same position.
• Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions.
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and ability to work independently.
• Experience working with presenting to senior executives; be comfortable interacting with executive- level management.
• Good time management and organization skills.
• Good business acumen.
• Accountable and resilient.
• Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally. Fluent in English is encouraged.
