Mô tả công việc
• Working closely and directly with the Director (Israeli, Male)
• Reviewing, checking legal documents and other relevant documents (leasing contract, license, etc.)
• Providing advice on legal matters; providing arbitration, mediation support
• Preparing and drafting legal contracts, documents
• Monitoring the implementation of the legal clauses
• Ensuring compliance to laws and regulations
• Translating documents, meetings (Viet – Eng, Eng – Viet)
• Responding to phone calls, messages, emails
• Organizing and making meetings/ appointments schedules
• Producing agendas and taking meeting minutes
• Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
• Preparing PowerPoint slides/ presentations
• Other tasks as required by the Director
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Background from Law school, or having strong knowledge on Business Laws, Finance Laws, Leasing regulations, etc.
• Excellent English skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Knowledge of retail business
• At least 2 years of experience in relevant field
• Organization and time management skills
• Honest, eager to learn, enthusiastic, responsible
• Pay attention to detail
• Negotiation skills
• Willing to work overtime/ go on business trips, business meetings, etc.
• Location: D4 Street, District 7
• Working hours: Monday – Friday (9AM – 6PM, including 1 hour of lunch break)
