1. Responsible for managing schedules, interaction with local and abroad partners as well as consulting, arrangements implementation, meeting coordination.
2. Representative of General Director of the communication problems and handle communication (in and out).
3. Support and implementation documents presented upon request.
4. To consider and participate and make a summary of the report, in writing. Prepare documents and outgoing mail as well as receive.
5. Support, perform the anonymous report forecasts, estimates, management, ...
6. Arrange in order of priority, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow-up, through the issues in a timely manner.
7. Arrange schedules and reservations for the General Manager as needed.
8. Support General Director general, eg handling of incoming calls / customer, screening incoming messages, settlement costs, implementation of visa / passport, ...
9. Other duties: Perform other duties as assigned by General Director.
