Mô tả công việc
Legal advice: Provide accurate and timely legal advices to BoD and internal departments on the following areas:
• IC, other licenses
• Insurance
• Legal update/induction
• Operations (licenses/permits/contracts/marketing)
• Corporation affairs (Members committee)
• Other matters relating to current operation.
Governance:
• Draft, review, maintain and update the company’s contracts and advise on any legal issues arising from these;
• Design, formulate and verify legal documents, contracts, memorandums in compliance with applicable laws, company’s regulations and policies;
• Handle lawsuits of the company;
• Provide legal dealing with customers, suppliers and partners (complaints, product liability, disputes etc…)
• Deal with authorities and HR issues...
• Advise on matters of investment law, company law, commercial law, corporate governance, regulatory matters; and oversight and supervision of company’s branches transactions and compliance.
Contractual Relationships:
• Support the procurement/sales process within the company, preparing tender process documents and draft contracts to agreed deadlines.
• Draft/review commercial contracts and formal agreements with partners, in business, and public sectors.
• Manage the relationship with competent authorities and contact external counsels as required
Compliance:
• Ensure compliance of company’s operation with applicable laws;
• Make compliance processes;
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Gender: Male-Female
• Law graduated or post-graduated
• At least 5 years experience as in-house legal counsel for a multinational company or major Vietnamese corporation is an advantage.
• English: Good communication in speaking and writing
