- We are a startup company in the pharmaceutical industry. We are seeking for a buddy to join our close-knit team. In this position, you will provide recruitment services to ensure that organization growth is well supported by having the right candidates.
- This job holder is also in charge of initiating and executing an employer branding strategy to drive the attraction of talents for assigned Business Units under Corporation.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree or equivalent in HRM
- At least 2 years of working experience in HR, specialized in Talent Acquisition;
- Very strong business acumen and strong awareness of different roles and industries
- Very articulate and mature in communication
- Experience with sourcing tools and techniques
- Growth mindset and proactive
