Social Media Specialist

- Own the organic channels activities and content on all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok)
- Build and manage the social media content planning
- Stay on top of the trends to constantly be aware of the trends and what action would allow the brands to grow
- Oversee the content creation and execute on platforms, ensuring that we follow the brands quality guidelines
- Lead the Social media team and allocate resources in order to reach targets and grow each and every brand of the portfolio
- Provide guidance on results to strategy team in order to implement corrective actions and improvements
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree major in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
- 3+ years’ experience in Social media Marketing. Experience in Fashion retail is a plus
- Social media and content expert
- Strong analytical skills with great attention to details
- Customer focused
- Strong project management and organization skills
- Strong listening skills and judgement to make wise decisions in the interest of Maison JSC
- Strive for impact and high performance. Hunger for success with a commitment to getting things done
