1. Performance Management
- Build and manage core performance indicators (KPIs).
- Developing and guiding the implementation and management of the performance appraisal process for staff
- Operates and manages performance appraisal systems for employees
- Develop tools to support the implementation of labor productivity.
- Perform reports related to performance management
2. Capacity Management
- Construction of the dictionary capacity
- Build capacity frame according to job position.
- Establish a capacity assessment and organize a periodic assessment for each employee.
- Monitor the implementation process of personnel management according to capacity standards set out.
- Establish assessment and welfare policies following capacity assessment.
Coordinate with the Resource Development Center to propose training programs based on the capacity framework
Yêu cầu công việc
- Candidates should have minimum 10 years experience handling core HR activities with at least 3 years experience managing Performance Management (BSC) of a medium to large corporation.
- Excellent understanding on building Business KPIs, Department Goals and Objectives, review Mechanisms. Very good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English is Mandatory.
- Those who have working knowledge on Success factor, SAP or any other ERP solution will have preference
