I. Company overview

The Solaso e-commerce platform applies the S2B2C model and leverages private traffic, connecting thousands of distributors and building a large base of loyal customers, reshaping the e-commerce market.
Astral sea brings together top livestream hosts with massive traffic, perfectly combining brand, effectiveness, and sales, leading the livestream marketing trend. Astral sea aims to support talented content creators and KOLs, helping them develop their careers in the entertainment and commerce sectors. We build a bridge between KOLs, celebrities, and brands, establishing long-term and sustainable partnerships, creating "a supercharged growth engine for the livestream + content-driven e-commerce model" in Southeast Asia.
II. What You'll Do
- Draft, review, revise, and manage contracts to ensure legality and compliance with regulations, preventing legal risks.
- Provide legal support and compliance advice to departments (especially in MCN, livestream, and e-commerce areas).
- Participate in business negotiations, offering legal opinions to protect the company’s interests.
- Handle the company’s day-to-day legal matters, including intellectual property protection, labor–HR issues, and dispute resolution.
- Monitor and update changes in laws, organize training, and communicate new regulations to relevant departments.
- Support the development and improvement of the company’s legal regulations, compliance processes, and risk management system.

What you should have
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law; preference for candidates holding a lawyer’s practicing certificate or having passed the judicial examination.
- At least 4 years of experience in corporate legal affairs; preference for candidates with experience in MCN, short-video platforms, or the e-commerce industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Contract Law, Intellectual Property Law, Labor Law, Advertising Law, and legal regulations related to e-commerce and livestreaming.
- Strong communication skills, logical thinking, and ability to work under pressure.
- High sense of responsibility and ability to independently handle legal matters.
