Senior Accountant
Mô tả công việc
- Execute day-to-day financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processing;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries;
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements in multiple markets;
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements;
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and other financial accounts;
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes;
- Implement and enforce internal controls to safeguard financial assets;
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement;
- Provide support for ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor‘s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred;
- At least 4 years of hands-on accounting experience, including exposure to international markets (at least 2 markets, not including Vietnam)
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices;
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel;
- Proficiency in English language, both verbal and written, is essential;
- Growth mindset, detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow;
- Adaptable and proactive with a willingness to take ownership of tasks;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
