Corporate Link Department specialises in designing, implementing English and soft skills training programmes for corporations, as well as for government agencies and non-government organisations
1. Objectives of the position
- To bring in new clients and increase revenue of the all Corporate Link training program focus on the SMEs/Companies and Corporations for all English program
- To Develop and expand client database for English program and other Corporate products line/training programs (If required and where applicable)
2. Functions & Responsibilities
- Propose annual sales plans including initiatives, activities, campaigns, budgets, and any ad-hoc plans to help develop the revenue
- Drive sales by designing and implementing appropriate marketing strategies for target clients including digital and online marketing
- Maintain and exploit database system for sales, customers’ needs analysis, or other purposes as required
- Coordinate with marketing/ Product Team Leaders/coordinators to organize events at sites (English Club, Student’s Corner, Orientation Day, outdoor activities, training,...) as sale purposes
- Generate marketing/sales ideas for corporate link programs
- Collaborate with Customer Service Officers to solve customers’ complaints, inquiries and answer questions
- Other tasks as required by Line Manager (If any)
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University Bachelor degree (in Business Administration, Economics, or English preferable)
- Good English skills (speaking, writing, listening, reading) and Good Communication as well as Interpersonal skills
- More than 2 year-experience in sales/supervisor/education consultation or related position
- Experience in sales, education, customer service, hospitality fields
- Familiar with both B2B and B2C marketing strategies
- Have knowledge in digital and online marketing
- Organized, strategic thinker, punctual and responsible
- Sound knowledge and understanding of government and private education system
- Good analytical skills. Comfortable presenting, communicating and coordinating with high-level clients
- Good understanding of LLV’s courses / products is preferable (APIS/EOD/Mini-MBA)
