Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive in Ticketing and VISA at our Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam location. The Sales Executive will be responsible for creating and managing travel itineraries, handling client inquiries, processing ticketing and visa applications, and maintaining client relationships. The role includes coordinating with airlines, preparing travel documents, and ensuring compliance with travel regulations.

- You must also have a fair knowledge of World Geography, excellent English Language communication skills - spoken/written, the ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow.
- GDS Booking Knowledge of Travelport/Amadeus/Sabre and Portals.
- Must of experience of booking Tickets via Portals.
- Must have VISA and Transit restrictions knowledge.
- Must Eligible to do process VISA assistance.
- Ability to handle high volume of customer interaction while delivering exceptional service
- Professionally assist and follow through with resolution of guest complaints
- Sell tickets, season passes, lessons
- Assist in the resolution of all guest complaints
- Exceptional processing of tickets, be it new issues, refunds or exchanges, including all calculations
- Supervising internal ticketing operations, including staff
- Providing world-class phone and email customer service to our diverse clientele, from patrons needing assistance with web bookings to concierge desks purchasing tickets for their guests.
