Mô tả công việc
- Process Purchases Order, support Sales Staff, and handle Customer Request;
- Prepare documents related to Customer and business activities including Quotation, Purchase Order, Contract, the supporting documents for payment;
- Work with Customer/ Supplier to negotiate contents related to Contract, Price, Terms and Trading Conditions;
- Plan to carry out the content of the ongoing projects worked with Partners and Customers;
- Coordinate with the related departments to synthesize order information, support Logistics including transportation, forwarding;
- Prepare project documents and reports as required, under the guidance of Sales Staff;
- Job details will be discussed more in the interview.
- You will play a key role in handling customer’s inquiries, resolving issues, providing proactive outreach and managing complaints.
- This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects from concept through production.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or relevant field;
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
- Prefer in technical, industrial, automation field.
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Presentation, negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Understand customer psychology.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good understanding of the market and products in the industry.
- Willingness to learn and a strong desire for personal and professional growth

- Based on Candidate’s experience and ability, Gross salary is from VND 9,000,000 to VND 12,000,000 per month 13th month salary;

Thời gian làm việc
- Thứ 2 - Thứ 7 (từ 08:00 đến 17:00)
- 8 hours per day, from Monday to Friday every week and the first, the third Saturdays of every month.
