Mô tả công việc

Develop program-specific job aids for delivery of wide-scale program rollouts
Creation of detailed schedule for specific projects
Review progress against plans and schedules; analyze, expose and resolve deviations
Provide project guidance and direction to all project team members, including third party contractors
Coordinate all activities of contractor and customer during the rollout
Provide big picture analysis and recommendations for cost savings on projects, programs and delivery process
Prepare, distribute and present reports on project status to project stakeholders
Identify project level risk
Single point of contact for all related activities in the region
Escalation point for network relevant failures and events in the region
Proactively manage changes with third party contractor and customer
Manage and maintain customer relationship
Regional project team setup and staffs skill improvement

5+ years experience working with telecommunications vendors in project management role
Ability to work on multiple large-scale complex projects (wireless & transmission)
Proven ability to manage and interface with large multi-functional project teams. Proven ability to work efficiently and independently, multi-task, forecast, manage, meet stringent deadlines and achieve project goals.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times regardless of situation.
Demonstrated heightened sense of urgency in resolving customer issues in order to constantly achieve a positive communication environment with customers.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint
Previous experience in a customer or client service related support/associate role is preferred.
Ability to communicate in English
