Receptionist
Mô tả công việc
- Greet and welcome guests; direct visitors to the appropriate person and office·
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls·
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email·
- Ensure reception area is tidy, presentable, and equipped with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)·
- Receive, distribute and record daily mail/deliveries·
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (i.e. monitor logbook, issue visitor badges, entrance cards)·
- Order front office supplies, manage the inventory of stock and prepare payment requests for office suppliers·
- Update Conference Room calendars and schedule meetings·
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing when required·
- Support in logistics arrangement for meetings· & training such as order food and drink, get VAT invoices for payment, book meeting room, coordinate with IT for technological set up, print and deliver materials as requested
- Update staff information on a regular basis·
- Car arrangement·
- Other tasks as assigned by Office· & Facilities Manager
Yêu cầu công việc
- Professional attitude and appearance with customer service mindset·
- Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese, both verbal and written·
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and attention to detail·
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)·
- Relevant experience in similar position is an advantage.·
