Job Scope / Position Summary
• Purpose of this role: Assist POS Manager in overseeing all activities of Policy Service team to comply with Policy service guidelines
• No. of subordinate: 02 (01 specialist, 01 Admin Assistant).
• Please indicate financial and non-financial KPIs for this role: Control backlog, TAT, error and productivity of team.
• Please give a description of key challenge of this role: Built Individual team become a strong team has deep knowledge (about products, system, POS transactions) and teamwork.
• Please describe which parties are usual contact in their role including internal or external parties and describe the nature of communication with these parties: all sales channels and cross departments
Main Responsibility
• Doing all transactions of Policy owner Service, included request for change/payment, premium payment via bank/credit card...
• Providing supervisory and ensuring all policy financial transactions are processed accurately and achieving service standards.
• Distribution of work and suggest for any adjustment to ensure that POS objective and personal objective are met on quality, quantity, TAT and limitation of backlog
• Co-ordination with other department to handle special case and ad- hoc situation
• Involve to UAT and testing for new product and follow-up with production issue from system
• Training and coaching for staff about product, guideline and manual
• Provide personal activity and team activity reports.
• Perform other responsibility & duty that are assigned by POS Manager
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education :
• Accounting /Financial & Banking University degree, Insurance specialisation is priority.
• Additional qualifications such as LOMA, ACII, AAII or certificates are priority
Experience :
• At least 3 years of experience in Finance Ops/ PS
• At least 1 years in management role in Life industry
Skills :
• Good in English and Vietnamese both in speaking and writing
• Knowledge in computer software and using computer system
• Analytical, meticulous, organized and able to work under tight deadline and pressure
• Highly committed and self-motivated
• Ability to multitask
• Good initiative and team spirit.
• Good time management skill, able to prioritise work to ensure efficiency
