Nhân Viên Quản Lý Đất Đai (Land Management Staff/ Land Compensation)
Mô tả công việc
Land Compensation:
1. Work related to clearance: Inventory landlords’ asset, check and review the compensation file of land owner/user to ensure the prescribed records.
2. Perform other duties of the compensation and land acquisition.
Land Management:
1. Making land boundary, demarcating the landmarks boundary, the cadastral maps, technical profile of land plot.
2. Making Land use right certificate (redbook).
Land Policy and Government Affair:
1. Manage the Leased land contract with Government.
2. Manage and follows up the finance of land: Exemption raw land fee, reimbursing compensation cost, raw land fee lumpsum payment, the cost for land clearance and others (if any).
3. Keep a good relationship with Government officers.
Other work:
1. Perform work on administrative of Land Management Department.
2. Performs other related duties of similar type and work on assigned by General Director/ Dept Manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Knowledge:
- Have knowledge about the compensation and land acquisition
- Have knowledge about Law, especially Law on Land
- Make relationship and work with the Government
2. Experience: 2 years or more experience
3. Computing skills: Microsoft office; Basic Autocad
4. Foreign language: Communication in English
5. Education: University (prior to the background of technical and law)
