Nhân viên Pháp chế (Legal and Compliance associate - Fintech)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Legal and Compliance Associate to help us build and maintain the legal framework for our business activities and promote a compliance culture in the Company.
What you will do:
- Provide legal consultation for business activities and other relevant aspects
- Draft contracts with partners (including Telcos, Banks, Financial Institutions), and review all kinds of commercial contracts and legal documents related to or required for the Company’s operation
- Follow up and update the Company on any new laws and regulations that are related to or may have any impacts on the company’s business
- Work with Government authorities for company procedures and compliance with laws
- Assess Compliance and operational risks for countermeasures
- Other supporting tasks relating to Legal and compliance as assigned
Yêu cầu ứng viên
What you need to have:
- Bachelor of Laws from a recognized Vietnam university. Overseas study is an advantage
- A qualified lawyer in Vietnam is preferred
- Minimum 5 - 7 years’ experience in doing Legal affairs in a law firm or a corporation in Vietnam (preferably IT, Fintech, Telecommunications, or other related fields)
- Knowledgeable in local laws and international laws (preferably, telecommunication, IP, labor, corporate, investment, commerce)
- Legal drafting skills and experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and agreements in a private practice environment
- Be well organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Computer/tech savvy; can competently utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Logical thinking skill
- Problem-solving skill
- Dynamic & learning mindset
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in English (especially spoken and written)
