Mô tả công việc
HR Job:
+ Payment of policies and policies according to company policy for employees.
+ Payment of social insurance to employees.
+ Make and pay salaries and bonuses for employees; Calculating, deducting, declaring and finalizing personal income tax.
+ Recruiting workers and employees for the factory.
+ Training policies, company rules and general issues for employees.
+ To contract and monitor the signing of contracts with employees.
+ Record and monitor monthly attendance records.
+ Annual control and settlement.
+ Control ISO activities in recruitment and training.
+ To supervise the observance of the company's regulations and discipline the violators.
GA Job:
+ Hold events like as Year End Party, Company trip, Family day.
+ Control insurance ( Car, Health insurance emolyee..)
Yêu cầu ứng viên
+ Gender: Male/ Female
+ Age: from 23 years old over
+ Education: Graduated from University (Priority for related field)
+ Experience: over 2 years at C& B staff
+ Language: Can communicate and report well in English (4 Skills).
+ Good at Computer, Word, Excel, Powerpoint...

+ Probation period: 2 months
+ Working time: From 7:45’ AM to 16:30’ PM (average off 2 Saturdays per month, public holidays and Sundays according to the regulation.)
