Mô tả công việc
- Set up pay-per-click advertising campaigns on Google AdWords (Search, Display, and Mobile Ads,…), YouTube Ads and other affiliate platforms that are suitable for the company’s targeted clients
- Build strategies for keyword selection, campaign designing, targeting etc. as per campaign schedule and goals
- Use the automation tools to optimize the campaigns about spending and performance in the right way
- Perform keyword research and create SEM strategies based on stated business goals to find the best advertising opportunities
- Measure many times visitors clicked on each ad, which ad clicked on, and which keyword got the ads displayed
- Work with Marketing team to create targeted landing pages for each ad
- Work closely with the Marketing team to build advertising contents, marketing strategies to attract more clients
- Research and assess the nature of business, market trends and competitors advertising links
- Analyze the trending paid keywords
- Do plan for campaign structure & AdWords budgets
- Choose wisely campaign features which can suit for a good result delivery
- Set the Goal to track the conversions and optimize conversion rate
- Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies
- Review and report performance of each advertising campaign, and assess based on goals (ROI and KPIs)
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Business degree majoring in Marketing, Economics and other relevant degrees
- At least 1-year experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC)
- Deep understanding of Google Ads policy, keep updating new policies from Google
- Have knowledge and practical experience in implementing Online Marketing on many channel tools: Website content management, YouTube AdWords, Google AdWords, Email Marketing
- Hands-on experience in measuring and analyzing online marketing campaigns including: natural and paid search, email, affiliate, display and social
- Understand and excel in using tools: Google AdWords, Google AdWords Editor, Google Analytics, Google Website Optimizer, Visual Website Optimizer, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competent in both spoken and written English skills
Quyền lợi/Phúc lợi
- Income: 15,000,000 – 17,000,000 VND including:
- Basic salary: 10,000,000 VND – 12,000,000 VND gross
- Incentive will be calculated from the second working month.
- Parking and meals allowances
- 13th month salary bonus
- Insurance in accordance with the Labor Law
- 13 annual leaves/year
