We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development (KOL Specialist) to identify, engage, and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers to drive brand growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, a deep understanding of influencer marketing, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility.

Identify, recruit, and build relationships with relevant KOLs, influencers, and brand ambassadors across platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
Develop and execute partnership strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Negotiate and manage contracts, collaborations, and content deliverables with KOLs.
Track, analyse, and report campaign performance, ensuring KPIs and ROI are achieved.
Work closely with the marketing team to align influencer campaigns with overall brand objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging influencer platforms.
Ensure brand messaging consistency and compliance across all KOL partnerships.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience (1+ years) in business development, influencer marketing, or partnership management
Strong knowledge of social media trends, influencer marketing strategies, and digital engagement on TikTok and Facebook
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyse campaign performance.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
