* Operator Wages Payment : thanh toán lương công nhân
- Operator Wages-related Policies and Procedures: assist the Operator Human Capital Management Services & Administration Manager in working with related departments to ensure they adhere to the policies and procedures to support the operator payroll.
- Payment Calculation: check for abnormal data in the inputs from the CSP and Work Study based on the Master SMV chart and past piece-rate payment history. Pull order details from M3 and transfer to AMMIS system together with operation breakdown from the Sample Room to generate the operator wages. Obtain the necessary approvals as defined by the Operator Human Capital Management Services & Administration Manager
- Enquiry Handling: assist Operator Human Capital Management Services & Administration Manager to respond to operator enquiries regarding their wages.
- Data Monitoring: assist Operator Human Capital Management Services & Administration Manager in monitoring regular payment reports to ensure the accuracy of the payment
* Payroll Records: Hồ sơ trả lương
- Payroll Slips: prepare payroll slips before payment is released to each operator
- Payroll Records: prepare and keep daily payroll reports on the server for other work units’ checking
* Social Security, Pension and Income Tax Support: Hỗ trợ bảo hiểm xã hội, trợ cấp, thuế thu nhập
- Social Security and Pension Administration: administer the contributions to social security and pension on a timely and accurate basis based on defined approval processes.
- Individual Tax Return: provide the necessary support to file income tax returns for operators as appropriate

- Tiếng Anh khá
- Có kinh nghiệm trong mảng công lương và bảo hiểm ít nhất 2 năm
- Tốt nghiệp đại học các chuyên ngành
- Thành thạo tin học văn phòng : Word, Excel
