Nhân Viên Kế Hoạch (Planning Staff)
Mô tả công việc
- Develop weekly production plan reasonably to ensure right time, right quantity and accuracy based on delivery policy.
- Manage and monitor raw materials and finished goods inventories by planning, controlling and implementing through keeping minimum stock level to achieve OTIF.
- Prepare all related documentation and handle data in the system to ensure accurate production planning.
- Coordinate with related functions such as Customer Service, Purchasing, Production and Logistics to develop/ revise daily production plan based on the priority of delivery and ensure the best quality of products and best service delivered by Jotun.
- Solve problems (If any) and do monthly reports.
- Other tasks as assigned by Superior.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University/College graduate in Business Administration/Foreign Trade or relevant fields.
- At least 2 years of working experience in production planning and system is preferable.
- Customer-oriented and high team work spirit.
- Good logical and analytical thinking skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English and Computer.
