Mô tả công việc

Make documents, check validity and send documents to partners and agents.
Contact shipping lines and airlines to submit bookings, submit bills of lading, VGM, and monitor and coordinate goods until they leave the port.
Make AN, DO to send customer
Make Pre-alert and documents to send to customers and agents.
Contact customers, monitor and update shipment status for relevant parties.
Send goods information and bills of lading to customers.
Monitor and make payment requests to shipping lines and partners related to the shipment.
Open files, monitor files and close files on the system.
Carry out other professional requests from superiors and the Board of Directors.
Responsible for entering data on the company's system, handling issues related to goods and documents for shipments.Candidate requirements

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Graduated from a regular university majoring in import-export or logistics at universities.
Proficient in word, excel.-Good at Mandarin Chinese or English
Ability to self-organize and control work.- Can work in groups or independently.
Minimum 2 years in a similar position in forwarder fields
Ability to synthesize, analyze and report.
Be careful at work.
Enthusiastic and committed to work, intending to work long-term

Monthly salary: 13,000,000 - 16,000,000 VND.- 13th month salary + bonus based on office revenue at the end of the year
