Công ty Luật TNHH HM&P (1) Job description: - Advising international and Vietnamese clients on foreign investment, M&A, corporate, banking, finance, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, labor, and market capital matters; - Drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents; - Managing client expectations and project delivery appropriately; - Conducting legal research and analysis of information/legal documents; - Other legal works shall also be appropriately assigned to you by Partners or Senior Associates. (2) Candidate requirements: - Graduated from law school; - Minimum 03 years of work experience in a professional law firm; - Has Practicing Certificate for Lawyer; - Knowledgeable in legal theory and wide practical knowledge of the complicated legal aspects of Vietnam’s legal system; - Good command of written and spoken Vietnamese and English (the candidate having Chinese language proficiency will be preferred); - Excellent skills in logical thinking, reasoning, analysis, and negotiation; - Has a strong sense of responsibility; - Confident, morally upright, cautious, and highly desired; - Able to identify and understand client objectives and legal needs; - Excellent skills in Word and Excel. Legal Associate cần đáp ứng những kỹ năng gì?
Legal Associate hay cộng tác viên pháp lý làm việc tại các văn phòng luật cần có tính chuyên môn và cốt lõi cho công việc. Cụ thể, Legal Associate cần đáp ứng những kỹ năng sau:
(1) Có kỹ năng nghiên cứu vấn đề pháp lý và lựa chọn pháp luật áp dụng đúng, đủ và phù hợp.
(2) Có kỹ năng soạn thảo văn bản pháp lý như công văn, tờ trình, đơn khởi kiện, đơn ly hôn, mẫu hợp đồng.
(3) Có kỹ năng học tập tốt để nghiên cứu pháp lý đã lĩnh vực và đanh ngành nghề, nhiều vấn đề đời sống xã hội khác nhau.
(4) Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, làm việc, thương lượng và đàm phán tốt để làm việc với khách hàng, đối tác, cơ quan nhà nước.
(5) Có kỹ năng quản lý, tạo lập và lưu trữ hồ sơ, văn bản pháp lý tốt.
(6) Có kỹ năng phản biện, biết cách khai thác vấn đề và giải quyết vấn đề pháp lý.
Ngoài ra, một cộng tác viên pháp lý cần rèn luyện thêm các kỹ năng mềm, kỹ năng tin học, ngôn ngữ và rèn luyện thái độ làm việc.
