BizLaw was founded in 2003 with the goal of offering sophisticated legal services to businesses and investors. Our name demonstrates our focus on the business law practice.

Our team of legal practitioners is led by senior lawyers possessing in-depth knowledge of business laws backed by extensive experience of almost 30 years in the practice of laws related to business and investment activities since the early stage of Vietnam opening its doors to foreign investment.

Founder of BizLaw - Nguyen Hai Nam serves as the firm’s Managing Partner.
