- Develop ideas, strategies, plan, assign and supervise effective implementation of the employees of Marketing Department.
- Responsible for the development of brand identity, conceptualization and implementation of communication programs - advertising, events to continuously bring potential students to the Center.
- Develop plans and deploy digital marketing programs through Facebook, Google, Zalo; ensure KPI targets for sales and the number of customers reaching.
- Ensuring communication activities are carried out properly according to the brand's identity and image positioning system.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and propose solutions
- Control the content of articles, printed documents, billboards.
- Report and evaluate the effectiveness of communication and marketing programs.
- Develop plans and development orientations for social networks and websites for the company.
- Assign work, manage and evaluate the department's personnel.
- Other works as directed by the Board of Directors
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- At least 2 – 3 of working experience years on the Marketing Field.
- Graduated from College, University majoring in Marketing, PR, Communication, or related.
- Having 02 years or more experience in the same position.
- Have in-depth knowledge of Marketing, especially about brand building and development.
- Have a creative mind, logical thinking, vision and good planning ability.
- Ability to organize, manage and administer;
- Candidates with experience in education and training are preferred.
