Key Responsibilities
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day execution, coordination, and monitoring of marketing activities and campaigns across various channels. This role requires exceptional writing skills and understanding of the digital marketing landscape to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
Content Creation and Strategy (60%)
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring content deliverables are met on time.
- Develop and write high-quality, engaging content across various platforms including social media, website, blog posts, email marketing, seeding, product descriptions, brochures, leaflet, flyer, and other advertisements.…
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube, etc.) and the latest content marketing trends.
- Manage the editorial calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content that aligns with marketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword and apply SEO best practices to all written content following digital marketing instruction.
- Monitor, analyze, and report the performance of all channels; propose solutions for improvement.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice, style, and guidelines.
Marketing Execution (40%)
- Collaborate with the design and video teams to create visually appealing and cohesive marketing assets.
- Maintain and segment the customer database (CRM) for targeted marketing initiatives.
- Assist with the promotion of events, exhibition shows, and product launches.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure efficient project completion.
- Stay up-to-date with motorcycle industry trends, competitor activities, and marketing innovations.
- Assist with other tasks assigned by the manager.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a marketing or content writing role, preferably within the automotive, or enthusiast-focused industries.
- Creative content development abilities, a good sense of visual aesthetics, and ability to collaborate with designers, photographers, and KOLs/Influencers.
- Knowledge of and ability to apply AI tools to support marketing activities.
- Understanding consumer behavior in the motorcycle/automotive industry, is a plus.
- Ability to use basic graphic design tools (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Proactive, flexible, and responsible in handling assigned tasks.
