DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Product marketing
- Conduct customer survey and market research to continuously refine the assigned product value preposition
- To develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to drive marketing objectives for products.
- Create and maintain product positioning and messaging to differentiate products on marketplace and make it top of minds
- To be responsible for identifying market trends, competitive profiles, and opportunities.
- To monitor, analyze and update LLV perspectives on the market, competitors, & customers as they relate to specific products’ areas of responsibility.
- To contribute to annual strategic planning process, including providing market, competitive and customer data and insights, strategy & tactical plan development.
- To work closely with other departments to execute on campaigns to achieve goals.
Event management
- Recommend, plan to organize events (i.e. Open Day, Summer event, EO for primary, secondary and high schools)
- Supervise set-up and effectively execute the event
- Interact with clients and partners and ensure they have a positive experience and their information and requirements are captured accurately
- Make daily contact and outreach for event planning and set-up
- Schedule appointments and make routine follow-up
- Effectively communicate, engage and network with event attendees as well as current and potential clients, partners
- Respond to all inquiries about events in a timely and courteous fashion.
- Provide support to other team members as required
EXPECTED OUTCOMES OF THE JOB
- Excellence of preparation in executing the campaigns.
- Good feedbacks from stakeholders and team members.
- Meeting marketing and targets (of marketing campaigns for the product line assigned).
- Successful event execution with smooth communication.
- No. of events organized.
- Good Filing of Event documentation with 100% has post mortem reports.
- Work out a Tool/Template as Event Check List Tool for training purposes and effective working together ensuring service standards.
- No. of initiatives for process and working efficiency improvements.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Age: 24 – 30 years old
- Sex: Female is preferred
- Experience: at least 1 year in Marketing and Event is preferred.
- Specific Skills: good communication skills, English skills, critical thinking, organization skills, analytical skills.
