- Managing and analyzing work from Branch Manager.
- Participate in consulting, dispute resolution, litigation to handle arising issues.
- Representing the Company/Customer in the negotiation process.
- Research and update specialized legal regulations according to the requirements of the job.
- Perform other tasks as required.
- Professional training and guidance for junior staff.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Field: mainly on international commercial law of countries in Asia.
- Experience: At least one year, preference is given to candidates with international trade experience.
- Have a certificate of business/legal English (TOEIC 600 or IELTS 5.0 or higher).
- Having a lawyer's card or having worked with a state agency is an advantage.
- Major: International Commercial Law
