Mô tả công việc
- Participate in the process of handling copyright infringement to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Representative Company such as:
- Participate in negotiating and settling legal disputes over copyright infringement with infringing parties;
- Research, collect and analyze information and documents of parties committing copyright infringement;
- Drafting and appraising contracts and legal documents related to copyright infringement;
- Advising and answering legal issues requested by clients or copyright infringers;
- Review and resolve problems arising in the process of contract performance;
- To study and update regularly and promptly changes in laws and circulars,... related to the Company's field of operation;
- Perform other tasks at the request of the manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Have knowledge and experience in Intellectual Property Law and/or the situation and operation of Vietnamese enterprises;
- Graduating from University or higher majoring in Law and Economics (preferred);
- Experience in consulting and negotiation;
- Be proactive in work, withstand work pressure;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Ability to collect, analyze and synthesize information;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- High sense of responsibility and confidentiality;
- Proficiency in English (required), Korean (preferred).
