Mô tả công việc

Participate in the process of handling infringing to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the representative company such as contact, negotiation,..;
Review and draft contracts and resolve problems arising during contract performance;
Conduct activities of collecting and researching documents and evidences related to the case in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the representative company;
Research, regularly and promptly update changes in laws and circulars,... related to the Company's field of activity;
Drafting and translating documents in bilanguages;
Consulting and responding legal issues that customers require;
Other tasks at the request of management;
Manage office documents and legal documents of the Company.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Have knowledge and experience in Intellectual Property Law and/or the situation and operation of Vietnamese enterprises;
Graduating from University or higher majoring in Law and Economics (preferred);
Have experience working with the infringer (preffered);
Be proactive in work, withstand work pressure;
Problem-solving skills;
Ability to collect, analyze and synthesize information;
Good communication and negotiation skills;
High sense of responsibility and confidentiality;
Proficiency in English (required), Korean (preferred).
