Legal Supervisor
Mô tả công việc
1/ Licenses: To perform the necessary legal procedures to apply for, amend, modify the licenses related to the business operations of Company such as Investment Certificates, Certificate of Business Registration, etc.
2/ Contract and document review: To check the legal validity of documents and contracts before signing by authorized representative. The document and contract arising out of or in connection with the operations of the company such as purchasing contract, selling contract, consignment agreement, delivery service agreement, etc.
3/ Legal consultancy: To provide the legal advice to Company or related Division/ Department regarding the issue of business operation of Company in other filed such as: Commerce, Labor, Tendering, Promotion, etc.
4/ Legal compliance: To supply the legal advice regarding legal compliance under the request’s BOD. Updating the change of law related to the business activities for BOD and related Division/ Department.
5/ Litigation: To support and liaise with outside counsel on commercial dispute or other litigation.
6/ Perform other tasks assigned by Superior.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- At least 3 years of working experience in legal position in the company or law office.
- Strong knowledge in laws such as: commercial law, tendering, labor, etc.
- Good English skill, strong knowledge of legal English is preferred.
- Honest, hardworking, responsible and confidential.
