Mô tả công việc
- Review, check and adjust appropriately contracts, agreements to be signed between the Company and customers, suppliers before signing to reduce risks, damages and disadvantage conditions for the Company.
- Participate in drafting contracts, documents, transaction documents of the Company.
- Prepare and complete application forms for registration for amendment of the Company’s ERC, IRC, other business operation certificates, submit and work with the licensing authorities and follow up until results are available
- Provide complete support in identifying, assessing and giving reasonable advice against legal risk involved in the different commercial transactions and various business agreements related to the Company’s operation to the Management, departments of the Company.
- Research and regularly update legal regulations related to the business operations of the Company
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor of Law
- At least 4 years of working experience in enterprise legal field with international company or law firm
- Strong understanding and interpretation of legal knowledge
- Excellent Vietnamese and English both writing and verbal communication
- Good in management, negotiation, presentation
- Dedicated, cautious, high accountability and be able to work under high working pressure.
