* In Bidding Period
- Draft and review EPC Contract, service Contract with Employer in bidding period.
- Draft and review NDA, MOU, First Refusal Right Agreement and other Agreement depending on circumstance of bidding or corporation.
- Participate in negotiation meeting with Proposal team.
- Provide legal advice to Proposal team for legal issues, if required, to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations within the concerned jurisdictions and protect the company’s interest.
* In Project execution
- Build up commercial legal framework, standardize, develop, review commercial and procurement contract, legal documents/minutes.
- Participate in negotiation meeting with Procurement team.
- Provide legal advice to Project team and Procurement team during project execution in relationship with Employer and/or authority and/or subcontractor/vendor, if required, to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations within the concerned jurisdictions and protect the company’s interest.
* Dispute resolution
- Provide legal advice for dispute issues with Employer and/or subcontractor/vendor
- Work with law firm to resolve dispute at arbitration, court including but not limited preparing evidence, discussing legal opinion with law firm, join hearings, submitted evidence and follow up dispute situation.
* Other
- Main contact with law firm for legal service;
- Provide legal advice for other issues from Departments;
- Provide legal advice for investment issues of TTCL at Vietnam if required
- Other tasks assigned from line manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree and prefer to graduate from Ho Chi Minh University of Law and University of Economic and Law.
- At least 1-2 experience year work at law firm or at legislative enterprise.
- English proficiency in both speaking and writing skills.
- Skills of writing according to commercial and civil contracts
