Mô tả công việc
- Conducting legal research to carry out first research and developing initial advice for Legal -Team Leader;
- Provide legal consulting and support to other departments in establishing and issuing the Company’s regulations and policies;
- Draft/review templates of contracts, agreements and other legal documents;
- Support, prepare documents and other relevant tasks when dealing with authorities;
- Research, update legal documents related to the Company's activities;
- Other tasks as assigned by Legal Manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Male / Female: <30 years old;
• Bachelor’s degree in Law;
• Master's degree, Certified Lawyer is advantageous;
• Proficiency in English (4 skills) and in office software;
• Working experience: At least 03 -05 years in similar roles, priority for those who have worked in law firms; prefer have experiences in manage team
• Have skills in research, in-depth research through the internet and other sources, have good communication, presentation skills, and general analysis;
• A positive thinker, can-do attitude, constructive, goal orientation with a teamwork mindset.
