- Reviewing of Franchise contracts in coordination with related parties; Drafting and reviewing of Service contract, Consumer contracts as well as short-term contracts to adhere to the daily business operations of the Company
- Taking part in contracts negotiations
- Consult on legal issues incur relating to process/negotiate contracts
- Coordinating with the related parties to ensure contracts meet Company requirements
- Briefing franchise contracts and revisions to departments for implementation (Finance, Operation, Sales & Marketing, Exim Depts)
- Establish and maintain contract database, ensure it is up-to-date
- Other assigned from Legal Manager from time to time.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Law Degree
- Minimum three years working in retail industry or multinational company
- Experience in contract essentials
- Experience in logistics or distribution area or commercial transaction
- Fluent English (spoken & written)
- Good Microsoft Office application skills
- Pleasant disposition and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Quick learner and problem solver.
