• Responsible for consulting for General Director, other departments of Company about all legal issues related to the operation of Company and performing the assigned tasks within the functions of lawyer to help Company to limit and control of legal risks in the best way;
• Research, update and systematize legal documents related to the organization and operation of Company in related fields;
• Implementing legal procedures on licensing/ registration at the competent State agencies to ensure that Company's operations comply with the laws of Vietnam and ensure the lawful rights and interests of Company;
• Conduct the legal procedures in the process of settling complaints and disputes at competent state agencies; • Build the policy, internal documents as the request of General Director;
• Support/Coordinate to build the procedures, regulations and guidelines of other departments of Company;
• Build and manage the company’s sample contracts.
• Review NDAs, MOUs, cooperation contracts with business partners, service providers and other units as the request of General Director and other departments of Company;
• Compose the dispatches/documents in order to submit to the competent State agencies as the request of General Director;
• Consultancy for other departments about preparing legal documents, participate in the settlement/ litigation to handle arising disputes of interests between Company and partners and employees.
• Update and disseminate legal documents related to the company's business activities to other departments of Company;
• Perform periodic reports and reports at the request of General Director;
• Support other departments and Do licensing procedure (as per request).

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• University graduated with Law degree
• Over 05 years of experience in Finance/Banking,
• Understand the business of the company in Fintech. Preferred to have been working in Fintech company.
• Have the fairly good background in financial law, offshore loan.
• Can communicate well in English
• Skill to examine the option to resolve the case. Then propose the best solution to protect the right for the company while mitigate the risk for the company’s business.
• Keep up to date with sandbox regulation.
• Know how to establish and maintain with the authority.
• Sharp, flexible mindset and good in communication. Willing to work with authority. Have experience in this regard is preferred.

• Salary is negotiated based on experience.
• Flexible working time: Working from Monday to Friday (8.30 A.M - 5:30 P.M). After 2 months of probation, there will be 4 days working from home per month.
